  sig Pagaduria

They are obviously a military issue, and probably Carrancista. If they are from Tepic, one can look to the forces of Enrique Estrada Reynoso. He was in charge in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and on 15 June 1915 defended it against an attack by Francisco Villa, which earned him promotion to General Brigadier. He was then ordered by Obregón to advance north against the Villistas, defeating them in a rapid campaign in El Fuerte and Ocelemí, Sinaloa.
